Motor was running but prop wouldn’t spin. Was told to replace the shear pin. Found above video on YouTube. I love the part where the camera drifts away so you can’t see how to do what he’s telling you. A new height in how-to instructionals.
Got it running again.

We kept a couple extra shear pins with us at all times. And the tools to fix it with. Or you can bring oars.
