Emeryville indeed. Or that border of Oakland Berkeley Emeryville at least. I took the Polish suggestion to my Polish friend. She says it reads something like “Don’t shit here. Thank you very much.” But the slang isn’t Polish, but probably Polish American. “Two of the letters are weird” she said.
the story of my favorite jacket ever. A brown corduroy number with shearling inside. Purchased at Saver’s in Redwood City, CA. Portsmouth NH had never seen such an animal and mr. pooperlooper assumed it was made out of the skin of a local buck.
