The Hauler blew a retread on the inside dually. The garage nearby said they couldn’t do it, although the guy was leaning against a bench underneath a rack of tires and a 3 ton floor jack was next to him.
I’ll take this opportunity to tell people to never go to the Chevron on Geary and 24th for anything but the free air. This is the second time they fucked me over.
Luckily I had a bunch of blocks of wood and a bottle jack and a length of pipe to stick the ratchet in and I got the tires off and put a spare on.
Why couldn’t the trained professional use his professional equipment to do this? Again, avoid the Chevron on Geary. If I have any sway over anyone in the outer Richmond, which I doubt I do, then they will pay for being lazy and ignorant and unable to change a tire on dually truck.
I thought I was supposed to use this platform for good…
Work it Deerskin, aint nobody gonna take care of ya biz but ya self, Hence hardworker. Happy Bday I won’t be around Sunday.

Thanks fellow Cancerian. A flat on the inside dually is a rite of passage for a trucker, and I should be thankful I passed the test.

Is it tough sharing a birthday with America? Have a good one, either way.

Are you saying they charged you for doing nothing? Insist you don’t pay… I don’t care if it took time for the guy to take a look, that is their problem to manage.
.. If they just refuse to do work – well – that should take care of itself, people won’t bother going there. Go somewhere for maybe service, or guaranteed? Seems easy enough of a choice…
