Stopped for lunch at Wolfes diner on 16th. Mustard and ketchup, good old American flavorings, Mexican hot sauce, Vietnamese hot sauce, and Chinese/Japanese soy sauce. Must be a melting pot.

Did you try the Rooster sauce (Sriracha)? That stuff is good and hot. I like to dip my naan in it.

The statue of liberty’s name is “Mother of Exiles”. I suppose that’s the perfect allusion Lyle.
“Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”
Interesting that we put out a call for homeless.
