postage increase obscures message
I sent my friend a post card and by the time I got enough postage on she’s not gonna be able to read the note.

Goddamn, I remember that 15 cent season’s greetings stamp. I used to collect postage as a kid, because they were cheaper than baseball cards, and well, since the going rate for first class is 41 cents, I guess I was a kid about 26 cents ago.
