US ARMY: HECHO EN MEXICO
I’m heading back to New Hampshire, with a new song I wrote with Doug of The Flagpoles Since 1884 fame. the lyrics go like this….
my house faces west
i’m close to the ocean
my family’s behind me
far far away
my parents are dying
i’m growing old
how can i go back there?
i’ve built a new home
so that’s kind of on my mind as I head home to see my grandmother off to the next world, whatever it may be.

Thank you both. One lady I know said, “say bon voyage to your grandmother” which I thought was kind of odd.
