1. Actually, a shocker glove would cover the two middle fingers and the thumb, as the outer fingers would be kept warm by the female cavities.

5. I would say it is an enjoyable pastime, but not huge among my circle of friends. There are two alleys in the city. One is on the old military base, the other is downtown in a giant movie theatre complex that also has ice skating. I bought a two ball bag (i love getting to say that) that came with shoes and this glove at an estate sale to resell.
