It's only cool to reuse stuff by throwing it in a separate garbage bin and buying it again in a different form (if that process actually even happens). I guess maybe rain barrels are cool, too, but I don't see anyone using them around here so I'm guessing no. Reusing stuff you already own makes you look poor and we wouldn't want anyone to think that! Not sure I understand what she was doing with all those frozen potato chip bags, though.
