One time after a local festival a lady got swept up by a sweeper; the driver thought she was a bag of trash. I like the idea of shutting down press offices. Or I would get rid of street cleaning and try to instill a sense of civic pride so every morning people went out and swept up shit off the street in front of their own homes. DMV is pretty good. I like mail delivery, too. Not the office that let's you off easy on parking tickets, though. That place is always busy.
