I think peebody is on to something. I got tough with a crew of roofers the other day, they had bad attitudes and I gave it back, then realized I was in an alley with six thugged out dudes with neck tattoos. I didn’t have the last word. I just got in and drove away.
What we have in common is trying to be tough. Sounding macho. i hate it when people do it to me, but I do it to other people, unprovoked. But best of all is when someone does it to me unprovoked and I give it back and they don’t know what to do.
The roofer dude knew what to do. He said he was gonna throw me in the back of his truck. So I left.

Get out of my head, Rolston. I’ve been searching the net for “Why do I get so angry” information for that very same reason! Apparently, I may have PMDD, not to be confused with PMS. Maybe the estrogen in our tap water is changing you. You should journal your change, and then sell it for millions. Sort of a millennium version of “The Fly”, only it’d be “The Woman”. I’d read it.

I create a picture of the guy in my head, and his tone of voice makes my blood boil and I wanna fight, then I realize, these are email exchanges about a kids bike. Why am I flipping my wig? I got into it this afternoon with a crew of 5 roofers. Its all about tone of voice to me. I get angry fast with people who have bad attitudes. Which is funny, because half the time I have one myself.
Then there’s lyle, egging me on. You calling my garbage garbage?

It’s funny that someone called your garbage garbage and you got upset. Still, you shouldn’t have pussed out and sent the follow up email. It’s the other guy that expressed his unnecessary opinion.

i’m confused.
it sounds like you just had an email exchange in place of a conversation that you might have had with some guy picking thru the discarded stuff on the corner after you clean out your garage. y’all should get a drink and go for a bike ride down San Pab. maybe you’ll be lucky enough to catch the fights at the motor cycle club house (if they still do them).

go easy on yourself buddy. there’s a ton of people waiting to give you shit, don’t give it to yourself. for fuck’sake!
