and you do dress like Roy. I never knew where it was coming from. I love wearing a tie btw. it’s a modern day symbol of power, like a gun on the hip used to be. Yuppies, therefore, are modern cowboys. Or stage coach robbers at least.

I’m a bow tie pasta man, is that cool? And the set shop guys don’t want to be carpenters, they want to look different I think. They think they’re cooler than a drunk framer up in the rafters. maybe true, maybe not.

i think it’s a coool thing to dress the part at a job. in the set shop, nobody wants to look like a carpenter. i like to dress like roy underhill. throws ‘em all off.
