Dunno what he did to end up inside. I do know that being locked up, for any amount of time, is a fuckin' terrible experience. I also know that most (though not all) people end up in the joint for a reason, even if that reason is stupidity. My best advice to him and anyone else on the inside is this; knuckle down, keep quiet, do your time. Keep a dream in your heart, keep the fire alive. Don't let the fuckers grind you down. You can count only on yourself. Dunno this bloke Sean. Dunno what he did to end up inside.

Prison must be an awful place, and someone we know is in there. If someone deserves to be locked up, what does locked up really mean? Prison is probably worse than it has to be if all's we're trying to do is keep people off the streets. But I'm not done yet. If prison is exactly as it should be, we should know what that is.
